You need somewhere to host the mp3 first of all, which probably means paying for web space somewhere. When you write your post, there's a button that lets you add links (it looks like a world with a bit of chain). You highlight what you want to link, click the button and then paste the link address in. It's easy but I'll show you next time you're down. Best to work through this thing
